Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Dele Alli has taken to social networking site Twitter to express his excitement at the prospect of returning to action against Stoke City this weekend.

Spurs will take on Stoke away from home at the bet365.com Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side will head into the match on the back of a 3-1 victory over London rivals Chelsea away from home at Stamford Bridge in the league.

Dele Alli was the star of the show for Spurs, as the England international midfielder scored twice for the North London outfit.

The 21-year-old midfielder has taken to Twitter to express his excitement at the prospect of playing against Stoke.

Alli’s tweet suggests that he will start for Tottenham against Stoke, and that is going to be very frightening for the Potters.

The England international midfielder has been dropped from the starting lineup on occasions this season, but given his superb performance against Chelsea in the London derby, it is hard to see him not start against Stoke, who are in genuine danger of getting relegated to the Championship at the end of the season.
