Lucas Moura has missed Tottenham training with the Brazilian now in danger of missing this week’s Champions League clash against Sporting.
Tottenham started their Champions League campaign with a win last week, beating Marseille 2-0 in North London.
Just a couple of days later, Queen Elizabeth II sadly passed away and English football was brought to a halt.
Saturday’s trip to Manchester City was cancelled but with Tottenham away in Lisbon on Tuesday, that game will still go ahead.

Lucas Moura has missed Tottenham training
Antonio Conte’s men have had six days off, recharging their batteries whilst preparing for a tough challenge in Portugal.
Sporting opened their Champions League campaign with a 3-0 thrashing of last season’s Europa League winners Eintracht Frankfurt.
Former Tottenham talent Marcus Edwards was on the scoresheet in that game and would no doubt love a goal against Spurs tomorrow evening.
Conte may consider some changes to his side with Dejan Kulusevski knocking on the door for a return to the lineup despite Richarlison’s huge impact.
One player who seemingly won’t be involved is fellow attacker Lucas Moura.
Sky Sports reported earlier today that Moura was not involved in Tottenham’s training session ahead of flying out to Lisbon.
It’s therefore very unlikely that Moura will be in the Tottenham squad to take on Sporting.
The wide man was only back in training on Thursday according to Conte but there already appears to be a setback.
Moura, 30, is becoming something of a forgotten man at Tottenham.
The Brazilian has been bumped down the pecking order in 2022 after the signings of Richarlison and Kulusevski.
Moura has now played just 12 minutes of Premier League action this season having struggled with tendon problems so far this term.
Newcastle United made a late move for Moura before the transfer deadline but no deal was done.
With injury problems mounting and interest from elsewhere still present, Moura looks to be heading towards the Tottenham exit in 2023.
