The Lyon man would be a superb addition for Tottenham Hotspur.

Tottenham have already made a couple of exciting additions this summer.
Tanguy Ndombele and Jack Clarke have both been signed by Spurs, although the latter was immediately sent back to Leeds United on loan for the season.
It could be argued that if Tottenham are to challenge for major honours this season, however, Mauricio Pochettino needs to bring in another exciting attacker.
And with this in mind, the north London outfit should attempt another raid on Lyon by bringing Maxwel Cornet to the club.
He’s quick
The 22-year-old possesses blistering pace – something that makes him ideally suited to Spurs’ intense, swashbuckling attacking play.
Cornet also plays with a certain type of directness that would see him slot perfectly into Pochettino’s system at Tottenham.
Just 22-years-old
Pochettino’s preference is to sign young players with bundles of potential, and the 10-capped Ivory Coast international certainly fits into that category.
Cornet has already proven what he is capable of, but he has plenty of room left for improvement, and Pochettino could very well turn him into a superstar.

He can play anywhere along the front-line
According to Transfer Markt, the Lyon starlet can play anywhere along the front-line, and this will surely be an attractive prospect for Tottenham.
Football.London claims that Pochettino wants to sign an attacking player who can operate on either wing or through the middle.
Cornet would offer strong competition for Spurs’ wide men, as well as providing ample cover for Harry Kane through the middle.
The independent claims that the Ivorian could be available for just £26 million this his summer, and in today’s day and age, that would represent excellent value for money for Tottenham.
