Tottenham Hotspur need another attacking midfielder so Christian Eriksen is not overused and his young countryman could be ideal.

While Tottenham Hotspur ultimately had an impressive summer transfer window – despite a slow start – there is an area of the field where some fans feel they still need to strengthen, and one exciting youngster could be the answer in the form of Victor Jensen.
Christian Eriksen continues to play a vital role for Tottenham as their number one play-maker, but if the Danish international is unavailable for any length of time, Spurs could suffer as a consequence, and Jensen may be the long-term solution to that problem.

Currently on the books at Ajax, the 17-year-old is yet to make his debut for the senior side, but he is highly rated in his homeland and is regarded as one of the most talented teenage midfielders in Europe right now.
Tottenham have made a habit of bringing in the great and the good of young talent in recent seasons, with Davinson Sanchez the latest example, so what chance Spurs returning to the centre-back’s former club for another of their crown jewels?

The fact that he has only recently completed a move from Copenhagen to Ajax means Tottenham would have to keep any potential interest on the back-burner for now, but there is a belief in Denmark that Jensen is the heir apparent to Eriksen, and it is not beyond the realms of possibility that Spurs could snap up both in due course.
Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino knows what he is doing and he will have his scouts watching the next generation across Europe. However in Jensen Ajax have a player who could solve one of the few issues remaining in Spurs’ brilliant squad.
