Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Dele Alli finds himself in a tricky position – and it seems likely to end only one way as things stand.
Alli, 24, has managed just one Premier League start this season, and that came on the opening weekend of the campaign, with just one league substitute appearance since then.
Jose Mourinho simply doesn’t seem convinced by Alli right now, and he is in danger of spending the season on the sidelines at Tottenham if he doesn’t move on in January.
The Mirror claim that Mourinho has yet to give Alli any indication of what he can do to get back into the side, and Paris Saint-Germain are thought to be keen.
This could present Spurs with an interesting option, and one that should be even more appealing thanks to a deal Everton struck last month.
The Toffees sent young striker Moise Kean on loan to PSG for the season, in an attempt to get him some confidence ahead of his return to the Premier League.
Carlo Ancelotti wasn’t convinced by Kean, so he has headed off to France to try and improve and come back a better player; so far, it looks like a great move.
The 20-year-old has bagged four goals and one assist in six games for PSG, finding form very quickly in France whilst playing around quality players like Kylian Mbappe and Neymar.

If it can work for Kean, why not Alli too? He looks a shadow of his former self, and is in need of a confidence-boosting loan in order to find himself again.
Ligue 1 could be the place to do it, as PSG will dominate most games whilst playing under a more progressive coach in Thomas Tuchel.
Everton clearly still have plans for Kean moving forward, and look set to reap the rewards of sending him away for a year in a rather surprise loan move.
If Spurs have the option to send Alli on loan to PSG in January, then they should look at Kean’ success and strongly consider allowing him to go until the end of the season – if they do still have long-term plans for him at the club.
