Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in signing the Juventus forward.
According to a report from Italian media outlet Corriere dell Sera, Tottenham have considered a move for Juventus striker Gonzalo Higuain, but it is questionable as to whether the Argentine would actually be a good fit under Mauricio Pochettino.

The 30-year-old joined Juve from Napoli in the summer of 2016, for a fee believed to be worth in the region of £75.3 million, according to BBC Sport, and he has gone on to score 55 goals in 105 appearances for the Old Lady.
The Argentina international is widely considered to be one of the best strikers in world football, but he will be 31 in December, and his powers will surely begin to wane.
Higuain is an out and out poacher, and his game is based largely around feeding off scraps inside the 18-yard box.
Pochettino already has Harry Kane at his disposal – arguably the best number nine in the game, and with his penchant for playing with just one striker, it is hard to see where the Juve ace would fit in at White Hart Lane.
The Tottenham boss also has a history of buying young players with outstanding potential, who he can mould into stars of the future, and Higuain certainly doesn’t fit into that category.
It would take a huge fee to prise him away from Turin, and it is hard to envisage a scenario where Spurs would make such a large investment in a player who is arguably already past his best.
This summer will be a hugely important one for Tottenham and Pochettino, and they would be wise to look elsewhere other than Higuain in their search for a new striker.
