According to The Sun on Sunday (print edition, page 57, September 20, 2020), Tottenham Hotspur are offering Danny Rose to clubs in France and Spain.

It has been reported by the British tabloid that Tottenham want to get the England international left-back off their books.

Rose – who was recently praised by former Spurs star Graham Roberts on Twitter for his “incredible service” to the North London club – spent the second half of last season on loan at Newcastle United and is out of contract at Tottenham at the end of the 2020-21 campaign.

No future at Tottenham Hotspur?

It seems that Tottenham are desperate to move on Rose, which is why they are reportedly offering the 30-year-old to clubs in France and Spain.

Sergio Reguilon joined Tottenham from Spanish and European giants Real Madrid this past Saturday, as reported by BBC Sport.

The 23-year-old is going to compete with Ben Davies for the left-back spot, while Ryan Sessegnon is still at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

It is hard to see Rose get much playing time at Spurs this season, and it would make sense for him to find a new club.

The 30-year-old may not have been on top of his game for a while now, but he remains a player who can still play for a top club in the Premier League.
