Tottenham Hotspur return to action this afternoon, hosting West Bromwich Albion in a must-win game.
Spurs lost 1-0 at home to Chelsea on Thursday night, meaning Jose Mourinho’s men are in dismal form right now.
Tottenham have lost three games in a row and looked poor going forward throughout that run, scoring just once in those defeats.
Mourinho may need to consider some changes for today’s game, so here is our prediction for Tottenham’s starting XI to take on the Baggies…
Barring any late issues, Hugo Lloris will surely start in goal, despite no league clean sheet for more than a month now.
Toby Alderweireld seems a strong bet to feature at centre back, and despite giving away a penalty against Chelsea, Eric Dier may well continue there.
Ben Davies will likely start at left back with Sergio Reguilon will out injured, whilst this could be a chance for Matt Doherty to come in and replace Serge Aurier at right back.
Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg is almost guaranteed to play given how Mourinho rates him, whilst Harry Winks deserves another chance to shine in midfield.

Tanguy Ndombele can provide a thrust going forward, with Son Heung-min and Erik Lamela picked to flank Carlos Vinicius in attack.
Joe Hart, Joe Rodon, Aurier, Moussa Sissoko, Dele Alli, Steven Bergwijn, Lucas Moura and Gareth Bale seem strong bets to be on the bench, whilst there could even be a small chance for Harry Kane to make a stunning return today.
Tottenham predicted XI: Lloris; Doherty, Alderweireld, Dier, Davies; Hojbjerg, Winks; Lamela, Ndombele, Son; Vinicius.
