The Premier League and the MLS collided when Tottenham Hotspur welcomed some famous faces to London this week.
Some of Tottenham Hotspur’s players met the stars of the Buffalo Bills American Football team as the latter prepared for their match against Jacksonville Jaguars at Wembley Stadium this weekend.
The MLS stars were taking part in a community day and they joined up with the likes of Jan Vertonghen, Mousa Dembele and Toby Alderweireld for a variety of activities.
The images and videos were later posted on Tottenham’s official Twitter account, including one of Vertonghen being taken down by Cornerback Ron Brooks although it was only for a bit of fun.
Dembele shone for Tottenham against Liverpool at the weekend and the Belgian international joined two of his countrymen on Tuesday ahead of their next match – a Europa League clash with Anderlecht on Thursday evening.
Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino has some decisions to make regarding who exactly will feature in that clash, with real strength in depth at White Hart Lane these days even with some of their current stars out injured.
