Tottenham Hotspur have overtaken rivals Arsenal as favourites to sign Monaco ace Lemar, according to bookies SkyBet.
Spurs are now 5/2 to sign Lemar, having previously been 8/1 outsiders.
Arsenal have slipped to 4/1, while Juventus are 7/1. The odds have changed over the past 48 hours.

Lemar scored against Tottenham in the Champions League group stages and has been a prolific contributor for Monaco from the wing over the past two seasons.
His form has been overshadowed by goalscorers Radamel Falcao and Kylian Mbappe, and Bernardo Silva, who has since joined Manchester City.

French newspaper L’Equipe reported late last month that Lemar is interesting both Arsenal and Tottenham. Last sason he scored 14 goals and provided 14 assists in all competitions.
It is Spurs who are more in need of adding a winger, although their purchases of Ligue 1 players have not panned out over consecutive summers, with Clinton N’Jie and Georges-Kevin N’Koudou both flopping.
One of these could well be a useful bargaining chip in negotiations for Lemar and give them an edge over Arsenal.
