Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Barcelona forward Ousmane Dembele, according to 90min.
What’s the story?
90min are reporting today that Tottenham are among the clubs interested in signing Barcelona forward Dembele.
Newcastle United, Liverpool, Manchester City, Bayern Munich, and Borussia Dortmund are also keen on the 24-year-old.
The France international is out of contract at Barcelona at the end of the season and will become a free agent.
Would Ousmane Dembele make Tottenham better?
Dembele has had injury problems during his time at Barcelona so far and has not really made a huge impact at Camp Nou.
The Frenchman also reportedly earns £200,000 per week as salary.
That is a lot of money, especially for Spurs.

However, there is no doubt that Dembele is very talented.
Lionel Messi and Thomas Tuchel are among the well-known footballing figures who have praised Dembele in the past.
In May 2021, Chelsea manager Tuchel said on Soccer Am’s YouTube channel that Dembele is “one of the craziest natural talents” and is “very outstanding”.
Tuchel worked with the Frenchman at Dortmund.
In our view, despite the obvious talent of Dembele, for £200,000 per week and given his injury record, the forward would be a risky signing for Tottenham.
