Tottenham Hotspur are finally set to sell Tanguy Ndombele, with Galatasaray hoping to strike a deal with the north London club.
The Daily Mirror recently reported that the Turkish outfit are keen on Tanguy Ndombele and are aiming to sign him for around £11m.
Selling the midfielder for that price would see Tottenham make a huge loss after paying Lyon more than £50m for his services back in 2019.
Since then, Ndombele has been out on loan at his former club and Napoli, having struggled to make an impact in north London.
With that in mind, a permanent move now looks to be in the 26-year-old’s best interest.
Tanguy Ndombele has disappointed at Tottenham
Much was expected of Ndombele at Tottenham, with the Frenchman arriving in a club-record deal.
However, he has not been able to fully convince any of his managers there, hence his loan spells with Lyon and Napoli. It does not mean that he is a bad player, though.

The France international managed to rediscover some form at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona and help Napoli win their first Serie A title in 33 years.
Luciano Spalletti, who managed Ndombele last season, described him as a “physically strong” player with technique.
For whatever reason, it has just not worked out for him at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. So again, finding a new home could be ideal.
Selling Ndombele for just £11m after Spurs spent so much money on him will probably hurt Daniel Levy. But if he is not part of Ange Postecoglou’s plans, there is no reason to keep him at the club for any longer.
There have been a couple of exits at Tottenham so far, with Harry Winks and Lucas Moura having both departed. Considering all of the above, then, perhaps Ndombele could be next.
