Suso scored a sensational solo effort for AC Milan on Sunday as Tottenham reportedly continue to scout the former Liverpool ace.

AC Milan playmaker Suso showed Tottenham just what he can do as he scored a wonderful solo effort for Vincenzo Montella’s side on Sunday evening against Sassuolo.
The 23-year-old ace started on the right wing for Milan, doubling his side’s lead in the 67th minute after latching onto a long ball over the top of the Sassuolo defence with the score finishing at 2-0.
The ex-Liverpool ace cut inside full-back Federico Peluso before unleashing a left-footed drive from a tight angle past goalkeeper Andrea Consigli that flew into the top corner.
Not only will his value increase after Sunday’s goal, but so should Tottenham’s interest as Mauricio Pochettino’s side struggled to overcome Roy Hodgson’s Crystal Palace with a narrow 1-0 win on Saturday.
Spurs cope well against sides that do not sit back and defend – wins against Real Madrid and Liverpool illustrating just that. But when they face a side like Crystal Palace, who look to shut up shop, it is then that they lack a player like Suso.

Narrow wins against Swansea and Bournemouth as well as dropping points by drawing to Burnley shows that Spurs lack the player capable of a moment of magic – such as Suso’s goal against Sassuolo.
AC Milan’s number eight has now scored six goals and laid on another six assists in 18 league and cup encounters this season, and he would certainly provide more of an attacking threat than Moussa Sissoko.
A different player to Christian Eriksen, Suso boasts both creativity and pace, as well as the guile and determination to fight ugly when needed. Adding him to the north Londoners’ squad would finally see Pochettino have all the ingredients necessary to hold aloft the Premier League trophy.
