Tottenham Hotspur have offered up midfielder Tanguy Ndombele to Roma in the hope of signing Lorenzo Pellegrini or Nicolo Zaniolo in exchange.
It’s all turning a bit ugly for Ndombele at Tottenham.
When Ndombele arrived as the club’s record signing, fans believed that Tottenham had found their heir to Mousa Dembele.
Yet whilst Dembele is remembered as a hero, who knows how badly Ndombele will be remembered at this rate.

Whether Mourinho wants that headache again remains to be seen, but Tottenham seemingly fancy a swap.
Tottenham would like to snap up midfielders Pellegrini or Zaniolo, two players Antonio Conte and Fabio Paratici will know well.
Pellegrini is a skilful box-to-box player whilst Zaniolo is more of a number 10 or wide player with a superb left foot.
It’s suggested that a deal is unlikely as things stand, but Tottenham may get desperate here.
Desperate to offload Dembele, desperate to bring in new blood, Tottenham will want deals done.
Pellegrini and Zaniolo are two names on the wish list, but landing them won’t be easy.
