Tottenham Hotspur are now interested in appointing a manager to replace Antonio Conte who Richarlison adores in Marco Silva. Spurs admire what he has accomplished at Fulham.
That is according to Sky Sports, which reports Silva now features on Daniel Levy’s shortlist of potential new head coaches. The Spurs chairman will be pragmatic in replacing Conte if the Italian vacates the helm in north London. It is also increasingly likely that he will leave.
Conte is out of contract at Tottenham at the end of this season but is increasingly unlikely to agree on a new deal. Instead, expectations are increasing that the 53-year-old will part ways with Spurs this summer. There are no immediate signs that Levy will fire Conte beforehand.

Tottenham like Fulham manager Marco Silva as a replacement for Antonio Conte
Levy and Tottenham’s hierarchy have compiled a shortlist of managers who could replace Conte in charge, including Fulham boss Silva. Spurs are also exploring a return to the club for Mauricio Pochettino. Brighton & Hove Albion boss Roberto De Zerbi has admirers, too.
Brentford head coach Thomas Frank, former Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel and the out-of-work Luis Enrique also appeal to some executives. Managing director Fabio Paratici has played a leading role in the north London club’s search for a potential new manager so far.
Silva has worked his way onto Tottenham’s radar to replace Conte having worked wonders as manager of Fulham this term. The 45-year-old has the Cottagers seventh in the Premier League table with 39 points from 26 games. Spurs are in fourth with 45 points in 26 games.

Fulham also won the Championship title under Silva last term. The west London team beat local rivals Chelsea 2-1 this January, as well. While the Cottagers have also conceded fewer goals (34) in the top-flight so far this season than Spurs (36), who won their two meetings.
What has Richarlison already said about Marco Silva from their time at Everton?
Tottenham poaching Silva from Fulham to replace Conte as their next manager would also see the 45-year-old reunite with Richarlison once more. He brought the forward to Europe whilst in charge of Watford back in August 2017 with an £11.5m transfer from Fluminense.
Silva would later lure Richarlison to Everton for £35m, rising to £50m, in July 2018, as well. The 25-year-old also scored 21 of his 53 goals and four of his 14 assists over 56 of his 152 games for the Toffees under the Portuguese and made his Brazil debut in September 2018.

Spurs would pay Everton an upfront £50m, rising to £60m, in July 2022 to sign the 42-cap star. Now, Levy could reunite Richarlison and Silva and appoint a manager to replace Conte who the Tottenham forward appreciates highly for everything that Silva did for his career.
“I see Marco as a father,” Richarlison stated in 2018, via the Mirror. “He came to Brazil to bring me to England and to help me realise the dream of playing in the Premier League.”
The forward added: “Marco is a very organised coach, who demands a lot of his players. He’s always on the training pitch to show us how to do things.
“When I need some additional explanation I go to his office and we talk. That helps me a lot on the pitch and not only from a tactical point of view.”
