Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool both really like Napoli winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia with the Italian side pushing for a new contract.
Calciomercato report that Tottenham and Liverpool both like Kvaratskhelia ‘a lot’ and would be interested in signing him.
However, that pursuit won’t be easy with Napoli desperate to keep hold of the Georgian for a long time yet.
It’s stated that Napoli sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli is on great terms with Kvaratskhelia’s agent Mamuka Jugheli.
Napoli now plan to give Kvaratskhelia a new contract until the summer of 2028.
Napoli also want to double the winger’s wages from €1.2million-a-year (£20,000-a-week) to €2.4million-a-year (£40,000-a-week).
That still feels a little low given the huge Premier League interest.
Premier League clubs could probably offer Kvaratskhelia £140,000-a-week and blow Napoli out of the water, but the Italian club seemingly feel that this will be enough to keep him.

Kvaratskhelia would be a huge signing for Liverpool or Tottenham
Georgian wide man has been simply sensational this season, bagging eight goals and eight assists in 17 games for Napoli.
The 21-year-old is such an impressive dribbler and he has embarrassed his fair share of defenders this season.
Trent Alexander-Arnold experienced that himself earlier this season with Kvaratskhelia nutmegging him not once but twice at Anfield.
Primarily a left-sided winger, Tottenham may view Kvaratskhelia as the long-term heir to Son Heung-min, who is now into his 30’s.
Spurs may also feel that they need to sign Kvaratskhelia now having made an error in judgement just about 18 months ago.
Tottenham looked to be one of the favourites to sign Kvaratskhelia in 2021 but former Rubin Kazan boss Leonid Slutsky has told Fabrizio Romano that he felt Spurs had a lot of doubts about a deal.
Kvaratskhelia has become a star since that move broke down, with former England boss Fabio Capello even comparing him to none other than Liverpool hero Mohamed Salah.
You can see why both clubs fancy him so strongly but convincing Napoli to sell any time soon won’t be easy.
