Former Tottenham defender praises Manchester City’s title winner.

Former Tottenham Hotspur captain Graham Roberts has stuck up for defender Kyle Walker and insisted he deserves his title success with Manchester City.
Walker was controversially sold last summer for £50 million after nine years at the club.
He has become a Premier League title winner in his first season in Manchester, clinching the title at the weekend.

Not all fans are happy to see Walker be successful without Spurs, but club legend Roberts insists supporters should be happy for the right-back.
Commenting on Twitter, Roberts says Walker is deserving of his medal.
While Tottenham fans may want to feel happy for Walker, his personal glory could be detrimental for them.
Tottenham do not want their players to suddenly think the grass is greener and start wanting to take shortcuts to try and win medals themselves.
