Spurs were reportedly interested in the Tigers ace in January.

Hull City attacker Jarrod Bowen has admitted that his teammates often joke about him leaving the KCOM Stadium as he left the door open on a potential move away in future.
According to a report in The Sun during the January transfer window, Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur were reportedly willing to pay £15million for the 22-year-old.
The report also suggested that the Tigers were holding out for a £20million figure instead, but ultimately nothing came of it and Bowen stayed put on Humberside.
Bowen has been impressive for Hull over the past year and a half, with 18 goals from 37 games in all appearances this term and 15 goals in 44 games last season (Transfermarkt).
In an interview with the Daily Mail, the attacking player spoke about a number of topics including a January bid from Cardiff City and his early days in the Premier League, before moving on to what he sees in terms of his footballing future.
“I’ve had all the banter. If I go to clean my boots, one or two of the lads will joke, ‘you packing them away because you’re leaving!’ That’s just how the football environment is,” said Bowen.

“I’m not itching to leave Hull but everyone wants to play at as high a level as they can and it would be daft to pretend otherwise. All I can do is continue playing well and scoring goals and see where it takes us.”
Although Hull are 13th in the Championship table, they are still just six points adrift of the top six with nine games left, so a lot can happen in a tight promotion race in which more than half of the league’s teams are in with a shout.
However, should the Tigers fail to earn promotion this season, Bowen’s future would once again be the subject of speculation, and judging by his comments, Spurs should certainly monitor things very closely.
