Tottenham Hotspur are among the clubs interested in signing Martin Satriano from Inter Milan, according to The Daily Mail.
What’s the story?
Arsenal, Tottenham, West Ham United and Everton are among the clubs who are reportedly keen on signing Inter youngster Satriano in the summer transfer window.
Other clubs in Europe are interested in the 20-year-old striker as well.
The youngster has been doing very well for Inter at Primavera 1 level.
Satriano has yet to make an appearance for the Italian champions in Serie A, but that has not stopped a number of clubs from taking interest in the Uruguayan.
The report has added that Tottenham’s new managing director of football, Fabio Paratici, is well aware of the striker from his time in Italy.
Who is Martin Satriano?
Satriano joined Inter from Nacional in Uruguay in January 2020.
The striker has not made an appearance for the Inter first team yet.
However, the youngster has trained with the senior side at the Nerazzurri..
The Daily Mail has reported that Satriano scored 14 goals and provided eight assists in 25 games in Primavera 1 last season.
Would Satriano make Tottenham better?
Satriano is talented and promising, but, as obvious as this sounds, he has not been tested yet.
The youngster is one for the future and would be a good signing as a back-up to Harry Kane.
However, Satriano, who is just 20, cannot be expected to lead the line on his own straightaway.
