Tottenham Hotspur are keen to land Club Brugge wonderkid Antonio Nusa amid comparisons with Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard.
Tottenham have already enjoyed a pretty successful January transfer window.
A new forward has arrived on loan with Timo Werner joining from RB Leipzig before Spurs managed to land something of a coup.
Tottenham finalised the signing of Radu Dragusin from Genoa, fending off a late hijack attempt from German giants Bayern Munich.
If the window ended today, Spurs fans would probably be happy, but there could yet be one more exciting addition to come in before the window closes…
Tottenham in talks to sign Antonio Nusa amid Martin Odegaard comparison
HITC Football understands that Tottenham are in talks over a deal to sign Club Brugge talent Antonio Nusa.
The move would involve Nusa heading back to Belgium for the rest of the season before starting his Tottenham career at the end of the season.
18-year-old Nusa has generated real excitement with Club Brugge, hitting seven goals and four assists in 63 appearances.
The Norwegian has been even better on the international stage, bagging one goal and four assists in just four caps.
There are major hopes that Nusa will become another superstar for Norway, joining Erling Haaland and Martin Odegaard as cornerstone players.

In fact, former Norway boss Per-Mathias Hogmo – the man who gave Odegaard his international debut at just 15 – has struck a likeness between Nusa and the Arsenal captain.
Speaking to VG earlier this season, Hogmo indicated that Nusa reminded him of Odegaard in his early years.
Hogmo feels that Nusa has the same ‘wonderful balance’ on the ball as Odegaard and a similar ability in tight areas to the Arsenal skipper.
“When I sat and looked at him yesterday, it reminded me of Martin Ødegaard and when I took him up to the national team at the start,” said Hogmo. “The wonderful balance, the ability to handle the ball in tight situations and at the same time be efficient in the way you play,” he added.
Nusa and Odegaard are now international teammates but could soon become rivals in North London.
Nusa is still young at 18 but Odegaard knows all about dealing with hype as a wonderkid and would be on-hand to help the winger if he needed it.
If Nusa can reach the kind of levels Odegaard has reached at Arsenal, Tottenham would be signing a special player and a talent who can make a huge impact for years to come.
