Who could Tottenham Hotspur face in the Champions League last 16?
Tottenham qualified for the Champions League knockout rounds in the most dramatic fashion.
Spurs earned just one point from their opening three games before rallying and winning seven points from the final three matches.
Now into the last 16, Tottenham can set their sights high and do not intend on just being there to make up the numbers.
As runners-up in their group, Spurs can expect a tougher draw against one of the seeded teams.
Here is a look at the possible scenarios.
Teams Tottenham can draw: Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, Juventus, PSG, Porto, Real Madrid
Best case scenario: Porto. There are no easy draws, but this would be the kindest one for Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
Nightmare draw: PSG. Kylian Mbappe and Neymar are a double act no team in Europe will relish facing.
A rematch against Juventus would have Tottenham’s sights set on revenge after last year. It would be even tougher going up against Cristiano Ronaldo too.
The draw will begin at 11am on Monday, BBC Sport reports, with the ties to be held across February and March.
