Tottenham Hotspur face missing out on Juan Foyth.
The Mirror reported at the weekend that Foyth was ready to travel to London as talks progressed between Spurs and Estudiantes for the centre-back.
Now their £8 million move looks set to falter, with El Dia reporting Paris Saint-Germain are closing in on a move.

It is reported that Spurs and Estudiantes were nearing an agreement, but Foyth’s agent Juan Sebastian Veron – formerly of Manchester United and Chelsea – pulled the plug.
PSG are now considered favourites to win the race for his signature, although they are not the only club to register late interest.

Real Madrid are monitoring the situation, and El Dia reports Foyth would find it hard to say no to joining either club.
The defender is an Argentina under-20 international. Spurs head coach Mauricio Pochettino had hoped his rapport with ex-Albiceleste teammate Veron would be the the difference maker.
