Crystal Palace defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka is reportedly on the radar of Tottenham Hotspur.
Tottenham Hotspur’s record signing is Davinson Sanchez, who cost the North London outfit £42 million in transfer fees when they signed him from Ajax in the summer of 2017, as reported by The Guardian.
Spurs do not tend to splash the cash in transfer windows, and the Premier League club did not sign any player in the summer of 2018 or in January 2019.
The North London outfit, though, could be busy this summer, as it is clear that manager Mauricio Pochettino needs to make additions to the squad if they are to build on their top-four finish in the Premier League and progress to the Champions League final this season.
One player Tottenham are reportedly interested in signing in the summer transfer window is Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
According to The Sun, Spurs are looking at the Crystal Palace right-back and are “extremely interested” in the 21-year-old England Under-21 international.
However, it seems that if Tottenham want to bring the youngster to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this summer, then they will have to break their transfer record.
That’s because, according to The Daily Mail, Palace want as much as £60m in transfer fees in Wan-Bissaka, with Manchester United also reported to be keen on the youngster.
