Tony Cascarino has written in The Times that reported Tottenham Hotspur target Ismaila Sarr can be frustrating on his bad days.
The former Aston Villa and Chelsea striker believes that Sarr, linked with Tottenham this week, is a dynamic player, but the talkSPORT pundit thinks that the Watford winger can be frustrating.
Cascarino made the comments about the 23-year-old while saying that it is going to be a big season for the Senegal international.
Tottenham Hotspur interest
Eurosport reported this week that Tottenham are interested in signing Sarr from Watford in the summer transfer window.
Spurs are reportedly considering making a move for the Senegal international.
Watford, who will play in the Premier League this season after winning promotion from the Championship, do not want to sell the winger, who they value at over £50 million.

What Tony Cascarino said
Cascarino wrote about Sarr in The Times: “Ismaïla Sarr. He is their most off-the-cuff, dynamic player, but can be frustrating on his bad days. The 23-year-old will have to be consistently excellent if Watford are to stay up.”

Promising young player
Sarr is a very good and dynamic young player who is only 23 and can still improve.
The youngster scores goals and creates chances, and under the right manager and at the right club, he could take his game to another level.
The Senegalese player scored five goals and gave four assists in 22 Premier League starts in 2019-20.
Sarr scored 13 goals and gave four assists in 39 Championship matches for the Hornets last season.
Sarr does need to be a bit more consistent, but that will come with experience.
