Ange Postecoglou’s Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly competing with Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool for Jesper Lindstrom.
According to Ekstra Bladet, Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool are among the clubs who are interested in signing Jesper Lindstrom from Eintracht Frankfurt in the summer transfer window.
The report has claimed interest from RB Leipzig, Juventus, Inter Milan and Napoli as well in Lindstrom.
Liverpool have already made contact with Frankfurt over a potential move for Lindstrom, while Spurs are interested in the 23-year-old, who can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a winger.
The report has claimed that Frankfurt want €35-40 million (£30-£34 million) in transfer fees for the Denmark international playmaker.
Jesper Lindstrom would make Liverpool or Tottenham Hotspur better
In our opinion, Eintracht Frankfurt playmaker Jesper Lindstrom would be a good signing for Liverpool or Tottenham Hotspur in the summer transfer window.
The 23-year-old is one of the best attacking players around in the Bundesliga.

And he is very good.
Lindstrom made 22 starts and five substitute appearances in the Bundesliga for Frankfurt last season.
The playmaker scored seven goals and gave two assists in those games.
The youngster also scored one goal in seven UEFA Champions League matches last season.
Now, while we have no doubt that Lindstrom would make Tottenham or Liverpool better, we have to ask whether he is a player that either side actually need right now.
Tottenham have signed England international playmaker James Maddison from Leicester City in the summer transfer window.
Liverpool signed attacking midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai from RB Leipzig this summer.
Lindstrom could struggle to get straight into the Liverpool or the Tottenham starting lineup.
