Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester United and Leicester City reportedly want Youri Tielemans.

It has been reported by Leicestershire Live that Leicester and AS Monaco are close to agreeing the transfer of Tielemans on a permanent basis for £30 million.
The 22-year-old midfielder is reportedly flying to Birmingham and will start pre-season training with Brendan Rodgers’s side on Monday.
Blow for Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United
Tielemans did well for Leicester during the second half of last season during his loan spell from Monaco, and there was so surprise when Sky Sports claimed that both Tottenham and United wanted to secure the services of the Belgium international.

However, it seems the Foxes have won the race to the youngster, and that will be a blow for both Tottenham and United.
According to WhoScored, Tielemans made 13 appearances in the Premier League for Leicester during his loan spell, scoring three goals and providing four assists in the process.
