Tottenham Hotspur transfer target Davinson Sanchez is back in full training with Ajax.
Sanchez has not worked with the first team since last week when news of Tottenham’s interest first broke.
He missed their weekend Eredivisie defeat to Heracles due to a lack of focus, and underwent treatment on his knee yesterday.
Now he is back in full training with his teammates, with Telesport reporting Tottenham and Ajax are still ‘miles apart’ in their valuations of the player.
Sanchez has agreed personal terms with Tottenham on a five-year contract, Telesport reported – although clearly he is not going on striker in order to force a move.
Tottenham are yet to meet Ajax’s valuation of the player, and will have to break their transfer record to sign him.
Ajax are reluctant to lose the defender after he signed a five-year deal last summer.
The club are preparing for their Europa League qualifier against Rosenborg on Thursday.
