The Tottenham target completed all 79 of the passes he made during the contest, with his display catching the eye.
If Kovacic was to move to Spurs he would be an outstanding addition to their squad for the upcoming campaign.
Pochettino seemingly wants to refresh his midfield for next season, with Mousa Dembele looking likely to leave.
