Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Giovani Lo Celso was forced off while playing for Argentina last night.

Lo Celso hobbled off the pitch for Argentina last night, with his country tweeting that the Spurs midfielder had damaged his groin while playing against Chile.
There were real concerns among Tottenham supporters that Lo Celso was set to be absent for a lengthy period of time.
But it seems that the playmaker has no doubt that he’ll be back playing again very soon.
“My problem was only a blow, it is not something to worry about,” he said.
The comments come as a big relief at Tottenham, as Lo Celso picking up an injury could have been very problematic.
Mauricio Pochettino has already suggested that Lo Celso needs to improve his fitness levels before he is ready to start for Spurs, so spending time on the sidelines would hardly have helped him adjust to life at Hotspur Way.

The former PSG and Real Betis man has only been utilised as a substitute so far at Spurs, but has already offered glimpses of the quality that he could offer Pochettino’s side in future.
