Tottenham Hotspur attacker Heung-Min Son has admitted the team were left disappointed by failing to beat West Ham.

Spurs dominated the game at Wembley but could only claim a 1-1 draw.

It was West Ham who took the lead after 70 minutes, with their first shot on goal, a spectacular strike from Pedro Obiang.

This prompted Spurs to up their game, and Son scored an equaliser, also from outside the box.

Asked about the mood in the Spurs dressing room after the game, Son admitted he and his teammates were crestfallen.

Son also had positive comments to say about Pedro Obiang, when asked by SkySports to compare the goals.

The Tottenham ace admitted that he thought Obiang’s rare strike was better than his effort, even if both turned out to be of equal importance.

The South Korean international said: “His goal was better. It was unbelievable.”
