Tottenham Hotspur have been credited with an interest in Monaco’s Thomas Lemar.

According to the Daily Mail, Monaco are willing to sell Thomas Lemar for £25 million this summer and, at that price, Tottenham Hotspur should not think twice about snapping up the Frenchman.
Tottenham are said to be interested in Lemar, who has been in impressive form in Ligue 1 this season.
Lemar has been a key figure in Monaco’s exciting, young team.

And at £25 million he could be the best value player to be put on the market by Monaco this summer.
The French side have generally been asking for huge money for all of their key players, who have been in demand.
But, at £25 million, Lemar looks like he has the potential to be a bargain.

While the fee is still an expensive one for Spurs to pay, and it would rank as one of the most costly transfers in their history, Mauricio Pochettino’s side need to act fast to secure Lemar’s signature.
Spurs are tough negotiators, but £25 million is a good price, and any hesitation could allow other teams to jump ahead of them in the queue for the wide-man’s signature.
If Spurs are serious about competing for Premier League titles, they simply have to spend.
Manchester City have already proven their buying power, and Manchester United and Chelsea are almost certain to follow suit.
And, at £25 million, Tottenham should not even have to think twice about making a move for a player with the talent of Lemar.
