Tottenham Hotspur should try where Liverpool failed and snap up Piotr Zielinsk.

Empoli president Fabrizio Corsi has revealed that Liverpool almost signed Piotr Zielinski back in 2016, and Tottenham Hotspur should now try where Jurgen Klopp’s side failed.
Liverpool wanted Zielinski two years ago, but he ended up picking Napoli over them.
The Polish midfielder has gone on to impress in Serie A, but he now looks ready made for what Spurs want.
Tottenham have made no secret of their desire to strengthen in central midfield, with a number of their current options ageing.

Spurs were on the look out for a new central midfielder all summer, but failed to get a deal over the line.
And they should now turn their attention to Zielinski, as he could be ideally suited to Mauricio Pochettino’s system.
Zielinski would offer Tottenham pace, energy and dynamism from midfield – and if Spurs are really serious about launching a title bid in the coming years, then the £57 million-valued midfielder (The Sun) would be the perfect addition to their squad.
