Tottenham have been on the look out for attacking midfield options throughout the summer so far, with Mauricio Pochettino keen to upgrade his attack.
The likes of Isco, Ross Barkley and Gylfi Sigurdsson have all been touted as potential Spurs targets, but all three could prove to be too expensive for Pochettino’s side to obtain.
However, Tadic’s release clause at Southampton could make him a very appealing prospect.
Tadic is said to be available at £13 million, which would make him one of the best value for money transfers on the market this summer.
Tadic would likely arrive at Spurs as a covering option, but he has the quality to make an impact in North London.
Tadic scored three goals and created six assists in 33 appearances for the Saints over the past campaign.
And if Spurs could bring add him to their squad, he would add further creativity to the already impressive forward line which Mauricio Pochettino has assembled.
