Tottenham Hotspur should consider going back for Everton’s Ademola Lookman, now Marco Silva’s side are said to be willing to sell him.

MSN reported how Spurs were considering buying Lookman last summer, but they were unable to do a deal with Everton at that time.

Silva wanted the skilful wide-man to have a chance to prove himself at Everton.

However, over the past campaign, Lookman has not been able to break into the team at Goodison Park.

Despite showing flashes of quality, the 21-year-old has not held down a consistent place in Silva’s starting line-up.

The Independent now say that Everton would be open to selling Lookman for £20 million, and Tottenham should be interested at that price.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side already has a lot of exciting English talent developing together, and Lookman would add to their attack.

The 21-year-old possesses skill and pace, and his ability to play up-front or out wide would suit Spurs.

Lookman wouldn’t join Tottenham as an immediate starter, but he could offer them a great option from the bench.

And for £20 million, Spurs could be making a bargain signing, if Lookman does go on to fulfil his potential.
