Should Tottenham Hotspur try to swap Moussa Sissoko for Juan Cuadrado?

Back in June, The Sun reported that Tottenham Hotspur were interested in signing Juventus winger Juan Cuadrado, rated at around £30 million.
As a result, should Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy enquire about a swap deal?

It is no secret that Cuadrado’s previous spell in the Premier League with Chelsea ended in something of a disaster, the 29-year-old failing to score in 12 top-flight appearances before being farmed out to Juve in early 2015 by then-manager Jose Mourinho.
Then again, Mohamad Salah didn’t look great in West London either, but he has looked excellent since signing for Liverpool following an 18-month stint in Italy. Who’s to say Cuadrado couldn’t dazzle at a different Premier League club, should he return?

The former Fiorentina star penned a permanent contract in Turin back in May but this has done little to stem the tide of speculation over a swift exit, with Gazzetta Dello Sport reporting earlier this month that Roma are interested in signing him.
Plus, Federico Bernardeschi and Douglas Costa’s presence at the Bianconeri somewhat threatens Cuadrado’s chances of first-team football under Massimiliano Allegri this season.
Question is, would Cuadrado offer more to Tottenham than Sissoko did last season? If Levy and Mauricio Pochettino think so then they must enquire about him.
The France international is linked with a loan move to Trabzonspor, but swapping him for the South American is a much better deal for the Lilywhites.
