Tottenham are set to miss out on Antonio Sanabria barring a late approach.

The Independent reported late last week that Tottenham Hotspur have re-ignited interest in Paraguay forward Antonio Sanabria.
Spurs were linked with the Real Betis forward in 2016, when he was still at Roma.
Now it appears barring a late approach from Tottenham, they will miss out on Sanabria.
Spanish newspaper AS report Genoa have initiated contacts with Betis over a transfer as they seek to replace AC Milan bound Krzysztof Piatek.
The Mail report Milan have agreed a £30 million fee for Piatek as they bid farewell to Chelsea-bound Gonzalo Higuaín, whose loan spell at the San Siro is being cut short.

The transfer merry go round is then continuing with Sanabria, with it claimed Genoa want to strike a deal which is a loan with an option to buy, AS report.
Tottenham are currently without star strike Harry Kane following an ankle injury which will keep him out until late March.
Fernando Llorente is deputising and made the wrong impression against Fulham at the weekend, scoring an own goal.
