Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly negotiating with Inter Milan to sign Marcelo Brozovic.

It leaves Spurs fans fearing that they could be about to go through the whole summer transfer window without making a new signing.
But as one door closes, another one appears to have opened, with Inter Milan’s Brozovic now said to be a target.
Spurs are reportedly £9 million away from agreeing a fee with Inter Milan, after submitting a £36 million offer.
And Spurs should now just pay the asking price, to ensure that they prove their ambition this summer.

Tottenham need to show their fans and their players that they are not standing still while all their rivals stregnthen, and Brozovic’s arrival would do that.
The Croatian is a hugely talented player, who could enhance Mauricio Pochettino’s midfield options.
Spurs are said to be so keen to sign Brozovic that they are willing to double his current wages, and forcing through the transfer now looks like it could be a good move, as it would at least help to reduce the criticism on them, for failing to bring in a single player so far.
