Tottenham Hotspur will have the chance to maintain their unbeaten start when they take on Newcastle United on Sunday afternoon.

Tottenham Hotspur have a chance to really make their mark on the new Premier League season when they take on struggling Newcastle United on Sunday.
Whilst Spurs have picked up four points from their opening two matches, Newcastle are yet to put any points on the table as the pressure piles on manager Steve Bruce.
Nonetheless, Mauricio Pochettino could make one change to his Spurs side that recorded a dramatic 2-2 draw at Manchester City last Saturday.
Goalscorer Lucas Moura might find himself in the starting XI, whilst the usual suspects of Harry Kane, Christian Eriksen and Hugo Lloris, to name a few, will be looking to keep their place in the team.
One name in the potential Spurs line-up for Sunday could be of interest to Newcastle supporters because in the summer, Danny Rose was seemingly linked with a move to St James’ Park, as reported by the Daily Star, at the time.
It looked unlikely at the time that anything could happen, as the England international will be hoping the left-back spot is firmly his, with Ben Davies breathing down his neck.

If Moura does start then Moussa Sissoko might find himself being dropped, though, given his versatility, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see him coming up against his former club at the weekend.
Pochettino’s side will be expected to secure all three points, especially with Kane at their disposal, and the return of Heung-Min Son, who more than likely will have to contend with a place on the bench.
