Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Harry Winks wants to join Premier League rivals Everton in the summer transfer window, according to Sky Sports.
Sky Sports reporter Michael Bridge has claimed that Winks wants a move from Tottenham to Everton this summer.
Everton manager Frank Lampard personally wants to sign the £91,000-a-week (SalarySport) midfielder, according to Sky Sports.
Harry Winks wants Everton move from Tottenham Hotspur
Bridge said on Sky Sports, as transcribed by GoodisonNews:: “My understanding so far, and this is breaking news, straight off the bat, is that that’d be separate.
“That’s a separate interest. Frank Lampard likes Harry Winks. He thinks he can get him back to playing like he did a few years ago. I think Harry Winks would say he probably needed a move a season or two ago.
“That is a separate deal I’m told so far, Tottenham wanting a permanent deal. Everton potentially want a loan with a view to a permanent.
“What I do know is, I think Frank Lampard wants it to happen, Spurs want it to happen, and as does Harry Winks.”

Transfer would make sense
In our view, Harry Winks leaving Tottenham Hotspur for Everton in the summer transfer window would make sense.
The midfielder has struggled for playing time at Spurs and is clearly not a player Tottenham head coach Antonio Conte thinks can play regularly in his team.
Winks made nine starts and 10 substitute appearances in the Premier League for Tottenham last season.
The Spurs no. 8 gave one assist in those matches.
Winks is clearly a squad player at Tottenham under Conte.
Now, Everton are a big and established club in the Premier League, and Winks could get regular playing time at Goodison Park.
Everton manager Frank Lampard is one of the greatest English midfielders of all time, and he could help Winks get back to his best.
