Tottenham continue to be linked with Pervis Estupinan amid claims that Antonio Conte wants him to replace Sergio Reguilon in North End.
Reguilon looks set for the Tottenham exit door this summer having been ditched from Antonio Conte’s squad for the trip to South Korea.
The Spanish left back is out of favour at Tottenham and could return to Sevilla as they prepare to offload left back Ludwig Augustinsson to Aston Villa.
It feels unlikely that Tottenham would then go and sign another left wing back this summer, but one rumours suggests they might.
Tottenham continue to be linked with Pervis Estupinan
In a summer full of transfer rumours for Tottenham, Villarreal’s Pervis Estupinan is one name that just won’t go away.
Spanish newspaper Marca claimed in June that Tottenham had made contact with Estupinan’s agent over a potential deal.
The former Watford defender has impressed in Spain and the Tottenham links aren’t disappearing.
El Periodico Mediterraneo now report that Tottenham want to sign Estupinan as a replacement for Reguilon.
It’s even stated that Antonio Conte has specifically asked for Tottenham to land Estupinan this summer.

Estupinan is a very good left back but it’s just hard to see Tottenham making a move for him.
Tottenham already have Ryan Sessegnon and new signing Ivan Perisic as their left wing back options, so why go and buy another?
Reguilon is surely being sold because Perisic has been signed rather than because Conte wants to add another left wing back.
Ryan Taylor from The Express has also reported that rumours of Tottenham wanting to sign Estupinan this summer just aren’t true.
Estupinan to Tottenham just doesn’t add up this summer and whilst Villarreal’s local media seem to think a deal is on the cards, we think Spurs will stick with Perisic and Sessegnon whilst offloading Reguilon.
