Fabrizio Romano has reported on Twitter that Paris Saint-Germain are now in contact with Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Tanguy Ndombele’s agents.
The well-known and well-respected journalist has claimed that the PSG board are “now in direct contact with Ndombele agents”.
Romano has added that talks between Tottenham and PSG over the transfer of Ndombele will continue in the coming hours.
Spurs are ready to send the Frenchman out on loan to PSG, but the Premier League club want Mauricio Pochettino’s side to pay his wages in full.
Ndombele earns £200,000 per week as salary at Tottenham.
Could Tanguy Ndombele join PSG from Tottenham?
In our view, based on Romano’s tweet, it does appear that Ndombele will leave Tottenham for PSG on loan.
Ligue 1 outfit PSG see determined to sign the Frenchman, and Tottenham appear open to offloading him for the second half of the season.

The Daily Mail have reported that the 25-year-old former Lyon midfielder himself is keen on a move to PSG.
In our opinion, it is only a matter of time before PSG and Tottenham agree on the terms of the loan deal for Ndombele.
Ndombele has made six starts and three substitute appearances in the Premier League for Tottenham so far this season, scoring one goal and providing one assist in the process.
