Tottenham Hotspur have missed out on one of their top midfield targets in Adrien Rabiot.

Tottenham Hotspur have just put themselves under even more pressure to complete a deal for Tanguy Ndombele from Lyon now, after they have missed out on Adrien Rabiot.
AS Sport have suggested that Rabiot will join Barca from PSG in the near future, leaving Tottenham having to assess their options elsewhere.
And it seems like Ndombele will now have to come back on to their radar.

Tottenham are yet to make a signing, despite Mauricio Pochettino suggesting that he wanted business done before the World Cup.

And their failure to land Rabiot, surely means that bringing in Ndombele should be of high importance now.
Spurs are looking likely to lose at least one of Mousa Dembele or Victor Wanyama in the coming weeks, meaning they need additions in central midfield.
And with Rabiot heading elsewhere, Tottenham will be running out of realistic signings, if they cannot get a deal for Ndombele over the line.
