Tottenham Hotspur have missed out on another transfer target.
Maximilian Philipp
Tottenham Hotspur have missed out on the signing of Maximilian Philipp with the German winger agreeing a deal to Borussia Dortmund, BILD claim.
At the weekend Philipp told Sport Bild he was undecided on his future, amid interest from Dortmund and Tottenham, claiming he was facing a 50:50 decision.
Now it appears he has made his mind up, with Dortmund accelerating their interest.

It is claimed a fee of £17.5 million fee has been agreed for the German side to sign Philipp.
Dortmund’s interest has been pushed by an injury suffered by star man Marco Reus, and BILD report he will replace the German and get a chance to win his spot.

The 23-year-old was a regular for Freiburg last season and netted nine goals, making him their third highest scorer.
Philipp is another talented winger Tottenham have lost out on, with Red Bull Leipzig winning the battle for Galatasaray’s Bruma, and Wilfried Zaha committing his future to Crystal Palace.
