Michel Vorm could return to Tottenham Hotspur as an interim goalkeeping coach should Antonio Conte and his staff be sacked this week.
That’s according to The Times, who claim that Vorm could be brought back to Spurs in the coming days.
It’s suggested that Tottenham could sack Conte and his staff, which would include goalkeeping coach Marco Savorani.
Savorani is a trusted member of Conte’s staff and they previously worked together at Siena.
Savorani leaving alongside Conte would therefore make sense, leaving Tottenham with a hole to fill in their coaching setup.
Ryan Mason may take charge of Tottenham in an interim basis, potentially bringing Vorm back to the club.

Michel Vorm could return to Tottenham Hotspur
Fans will remember Vorm from his Tottenham playing days.
Signed by Mauricio Pochettino in the summer of 2014, Vorm arrived from Swansea City in a deal which saw Ben Davies arrive too.
The Dutchman served as quality backup to Hugo Lloris in Tottenham’s goalkeeping pecking order.
Vorm only made 13 Premier League appearances for Tottenham and 48 in all competitions but spent six season with Tottenham before retiring in 2020.
Just a few months later, Vorm was brought back to Tottenham as Mason appointed him as interim goalkeeping coach.
Mason came in to replace Jose Mourinho at the time and may soon find himself in a similar situation.
Vorm, 39, has been back working with his former club Utrecht in recent times, working as a goalkeeping coach to help the club’s youngsters.
Vorm has even been running a barber shop and sports bar over in Utrecht, moving into a non-football field.
Now available to come straight in at Tottenham, Vorm could be returning to North London very soon.
That would see Vorm reunite with Lloris and give Tottenham a familiar face until Spurs can find their longer-term manager this summer.
