Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with Milan Badelj of Fiorentina in the summer transfer window.

Tottenham Hotspur may be interested in signing Milan Badelj in the summer transfer window, but there is a distinct possibility that they could lose out on the Fiorentina defensive midfielder.
According to a report in Calciomercato earlier this month, Tottenham are monitoring the 29-year-old Croatia international, who is out of contract at Fiorentina at the end of the season.

Signing the former Dinamo Zagreb star on a free transfer would not be a bad move from Spurs, but the North London outfit could miss out.
That’s because AC Milan have been offered the chance to sign Badelj, according to a new report in Calciomercato.com.

It has been reported that Milan are on good terms with the defensive midfielder’s agent Alessandro Lucci, who also represents Leonardo Bonucci.
Fiorentina have also offered a contract extension to Badelj, according to the report, which claims that he will make a final decision on his future at the end of the month.
Given Milan’s involvement in the transfer speculation, one suspects that Spurs may miss out on Badelj.
