Tottenham Hotspur appear to have made Tanguy Ndombele one of their top targets this summer.

Tottenham Hotspur’s move for Tanguy Ndombele may have inched a step closer, with Lyon now seemingly looking for his replacement.
Ahoulou, like Dembele, is a defensive midfielder who possesses great energy and tackling skill, and his arrival at Lyon would surely free up Ndombele.

That could be good news for Tottenham, who have been chasing the midfielder for much of the summer so far.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side are keen to improve their midfielder this summer, and L’Equipe have suggested that Spurs are willing to pay £35 million for the 21-year-old.

If Tottenham do manage to bring in Ndombele, he looks likely to be Mousa Dembele’s replacement for Pochettino’s side.
The Belgian international midfielder has been linked with a move away, and Ndombele could be his long-term successor in Tottenham’s starting line-up.
