Tottenham Hotspur are interested in Leicester City boss Brendan Rodgers amid claims Mauricio Pochettino has interest from abroad.
That’s according to TalkSPORT, who claim that Pochettino has made it clear to Tottenham that he wants to return as Spurs manager.
Antonio Conte’s time at Tottenham appears to be coming to an end after the tame Champions League exit against AC Milan on Wednesday night.
Pochettino is the pick for many fans, more than three years since leaving the club.
Yet it’s suggested that Pochettino does have interest from other clubs abroad, giving Tottenham a potential problem.
AC Milan, Inter Milan and Juventus could all be in the market for a new manager this summer and may well fancy Pochettino.
Atletico Madrid and even Real Madrid may also make sense if they make managerial changes.
Basically, if Tottenham do want to bring back Pochettino then they will need to move pretty quickly for the Argentinian.

TalkSPORT also suggest that Leicester City boss Brendan Rodgers is a candidate as Tottenham want a more attack-minded coach than Conte.
TalkSPORT’s Alex Crook added on air that Tottenham ‘admire’ Rodgers and believe his style of play would appease Spurs fans.
Rodgers only recently brought up four years as Leicester manager and may well fancy a new challenge.
The Northern Irish boss has largely done a great job at the King Power Stadium but this season has been a little more tricky.
Investment in the transfer market has reduced and Leicester look like they have come to the end of their cycle as a team.
Youri Tielemans is set to leave, Jamie Vardy is fading force and James Maddison could be on his way out this summer.
This may be a good time for Rodgers to move on and his work at Leicester has done enough to impress Daniel Levy and co.
We would still suggest that a number of managers will be higher on Tottenham’s list – such as Pochettino – but Rodgers is a name to keep an eye on.
