Matt Doherty has hailed Mohammed Kudus amid claims that Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing the Ajax playmaker.
Ghana claimed a dramatic 3-2 win over South Korea on Monday as the two nations played out an entertaining World Cup clash.
Ghana went 2-0 up before two headers from Cho Gue-sung hauled South Korea level.
Kudus had the last laugh though as he fired home a left-footed winner to give Ghana a real chance of qualifying for the last 16.

Kudus had already scored the second goal for Ghana, glancing home a header from Jordan Ayew cross.
The Ajax star came up with the winner too, enhancing what is an ever-growing reputation.
Kudus, 22, has been in superb form for Ajax this season with 10 goals and two assists in just 21 games.
Capable of playing as a number 10, striker, central midfielder and now even winger with Ghana, Kudus is becoming a truly versatile attacking threat.
Premier League clubs are unsurprisingly keen and Tottenham Hotspur seem to be in the mix.
Ghana Soccernet reported in August that Tottenham were scouting Kudus in action for Ajax ahead of a possible bid.
Bild added in October that Tottenham are in the race with Borussia Dortmund and Everton to sign Kudus.
That means Fabio Paratici will surely have one eye on Kudus at the World Cup and he appears to have impressed one current Tottenham star.
Spurs wing back Matt Doherty has been keeping a World Cup diary on Tottenham’s official website and today’s entry features praise for Kudus.
Doherty believes that Kudus is going to be ‘very good’ in the future and is already shining, whilst praising the whole Ghana team for their performance.
“Mohammed Kudus is going to be a very good player, he plays for Ajax, looks really good. Ghana look strong, powerful, athletic,“ said Doherty.
If Paratici and co get their way, Doherty may end up calling Kudus a teammate in 2023.
