Tottenham Hotspur are said to be very keen to bring Javier Hernandez to North London.
Spurs are thought to be looking for a new striker, who can provide cover for Harry Kane.
Tottenham brought in Vincent Janssen last year, but the Dutch forward struggled to make much of an impact in North London.
And Mauricio Pochettino’s attention is now set upon bringing Hernandez to Spurs, according to reports in Germany.

And if Spurs do make a bid for Hernandez, Pochettino should feel confident that a move to the Lilywhites would appeal to the Mexican striker.
He said: “It doesn’t surprise me [that Spurs have become title contenders] because they have a very good process, a top trainer in Mauricio Pochettino and they have kept a lot of good players.
“Sooner or later I thought Tottenham would be, if not winning the title, in the top four and the Champions League. It doesn’t surprise me.
“We see them as one of the toughest teams in Europe definitely. We play offensive styles, with pressure against the opposition team.”
If Hernandez does join Spurs it would break Pochettino’s usual transfer policy of targeting youngsters, but he could be a very valuable addition.
Hernandez was exceptional during his first spell in England, with Manchester United, and if he could be as clinical at Spurs, he would improve Pochettino’s attacking options considerably.
