Tottenham linked midfielder says his immediate plans are to return to Boca.

Tottenham Hotspur transfer target Wilmar Barrios has responded to questions over his future.
The Colombia international says his immediate plans after a holiday are to return to club Boca Juniors and take it from there.
Speaking to El Universal, Barrios said, when asked about his plans: “Right now to enjoy my family as much as possible and then present myself to work with Boca Juniors. Time flies, you have to take advantage.”
The defensive midfielder said, when asked about a move to Europe: “I am calm, I must present myself to work with Boca Juniors, from the hand of God we will see, it will be what he wants. He is the one who chooses, that’s why I believe in the Almighty.”

Barrios has been linked strongly with Spurs in recent days since Colombia’s World Cup elimination.
Marca Colombia reported that while Tottenham have not made a bid, they have sounded out Barrios’ family members over a potential switch and his current situation.
Spurs already have one Colombia international on their books, after signing Davinson Sanchez from Ajax last summer.
